  • Absolutely brilliant webinar. I learned so much. A huge thank you to Mary.
  • Absolutely one of the best webinars ever! I learned so much about my digital camera. Thank you Mary.
  • Although I'm an experienced photographer, I learned a few valuable tips for photographing documents.
  • Excellent presentation of a subject that is very important in research. I thought the program control setting explanation was to the point without going too far into the technical jargon.
  • Excellent. Any info on technology and genealogy "fusion" is wonderful -- and with the speed at which it's all changing, more important and useful than ever. Many, many thanks.
  • Extremely informative. Well organized.Flow was excellent, presenter was very concise and on topic throughout. I appreciate the presenters staying on topic.
  • Geoff was right - we can hear Mary smile when she presents, which makes for a more interesting presentation. Mary's presentation was also very thorough. Although I have been using a digital camera to copy records for almost ten years (I am on my second digital camera), I learned some things about adjusting the settings that I had not previously thought about. Thank you for a great presentation!
  • Great presentation even for experienced photographers!
  • I am a photographer and I learned several things today. I have done powerpoint presentations on photography and I know how many hours go into it. Mary did a great job and she had great examples to simplify the trickier and more technical aspects of photography, such as white balance and understanding the quality of light color by different light sources. Very well done. Geoff is a great host and his tips on the thing were fantastic. This is my first live webinar and it was a very positive thing.
  • I did not expect to learn so much. I especially liked learning how to use the function settings to get better pictures. I just wish I had seen this webinar before I went on my recent trip.
  • I felt that Mary was wonderfully clear. Her pace was perfect for taking notes, but I will definitely listen to the webinar again. She takes the fear out of messing with the functions!!
  • I learned more about using my camera than I could have imagined. I thought I knew what I was doing before, but understanding the significant functions was a great help. Also how to reverse a tripod or use a camera stand. A very helpful webinar.
  • This Digital Camera webinar answered questions I've had for several years about my digital camera, and now I see the value not only of the camera, and how to manually set the setting for my benefit
  • This was one of the BEST WEBINARS you have ever had!!!!! I learned sooo much--and didn't think when I logged in that I'd get much out of it!!! Truly a great webinar!
  • Well done. Even as an advanced photographer I learned some new ideas. For newer photographers I think Mary hit the right balance to inform them without overwhelming them. Again, well done!
