We will gladly refund your purchase amount, less the cost of shipping. Shipped products must be returned prior to refunds (product must be returned in new condition), and download products must be removed from your computer. Simple as that!
If you received free shipping because your order was over $75.00 and you return a product that would cause the order total to go below the $75 threshold, the normal shipping charge will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping charge you would have paid.
